​Needs mapping starts with a meeting with your team, where we discuss your current processes and goals. After giving you 1-2 weeks to refine needs inside your company, we conduct another session to identify your unique requirements and ensure the solution would fit perfectly to your business.

After analyzing your company's needs, we map out how our solution can best serve you, including any special configurations. We’ll provide a personalized demo showing how the system can optimize your workflow. Once you're satisfied with the proposal we can configure your environment.

For smaller companies, we offer an initial training to ensure everyone knows how to use the system, followed by a second session 1-2 weeks later to address any questions. A third session can be scheduled a few months later if needed. For larger companies, the first two sessions are for a pilot group, with the third reserved for the full company rollout.

We'll guide you through a 1-hour session covering the admin panel and key settings. If needed, we'll handle backend configurations to ensure your company is ready to pilot or start using the system immediately.

Our focus is ensuring your company gets the most value from our system during this crucial time. We provide your management with a dedicated account manager and priority in customer support for the first 3 months, including video call assistance to resolve any challenges quickly. We anticipate the entire company will start using the system within this period — best pilot would be up to 2 months for piloting and at least the final month to address any onboarding issues.
